| Wood We are currently involved in a love affair with the world's finest instrument grade hardwoods. We therefore offer our drums in a wide variety of classic and lesser used acoustically appropriate species, known collectively as tonewoods. All of our wood is meticulously hand selected and must meet a multitude of requirements before it can be considered a candidate for inclusion in one of our drums. These requirements include grain, color, density, and cellular structure. Our finished product is a testament, both sonically and visually, to the high standards we place on such a wonderful and precious resource. Due to our discerning nature, all wood is on an "as available" basis. |
